My main project so far has been to walk the South Coast. Generally, I follow the England Coast Path (ECP). However, ironically, the ECP sometimes strays away from the coast, and then I try to stay as close to the sea as possible, usually by walking along beaches at low tide.
Here is a map with all my walks. Clicking on any line will show a pane which includes a link to the relevant blog post.
Here is a list of the walks, going 'anticlockwise' (although some of the walks were done in the opposite direction)

Kingston - St Aldhems Head - Swanage

I have also cycled much of the coast, as described in my companion blog, Cycle Geography, following quiet roads and tracks where the ECP is not suitable for cycling.
